Not only Pennsylvania. My cousin in Owego, NY, lost everything. The flood waters were up past the roof of his basement apartment. He was forced to evacuate to a shelter, without his cat, which ended up saving him from drowning. The neighbor has the cat and is feeding it for him. He had to go move in with his parents a bit farther north.
