what you imagine that's reformatory? if he's sentenced 60 days in reformatory..he will do sixty days. now there are methods to get round this in some elements.... thirty days... then a sentence help or change... that could want to provide him early launch.. with circumstances. those circumstances would nicely be homestead arrest(digital monitoring) or reporting..to probation or drug rehab..facility... community service... for something else of those days... cleansing up neighborhoods. relies upon on decide... felony specialist...and/or courses provided to inmates in county reformatory. also relies upon on even if reformatory is overcrowded..or money to have a tendency to inmates are low. yet in time-honored circumstances..unlike reformatory the sentence noticeably a lot stands.

what you think this is prison? if he is sentenced 60 days in jail..he will do sixty days. now there are ways to get around this in some areas.... thirty days... then a sentence reduction or modification... that could give him early release.. with conditions. those conditions could be house arrest(electronic monitoring) or reporting..to probation or drug rehab..facility... community service... for the remainder of those days... cleaning up neighborhoods. depends on judge... attorney...and/or programs provided to inmates in county jail. also depends on whether jail is overcrowded..or funds to tend to inmates are low. but in normal circumstances..unlike prison the sentence pretty much stands.

In LA County it could be 6 days............ 10% rule.

Depending on the population at the moment.

If he has no priors and the jails are crowded like ours he should be out in 5 nights.

It depends on the laws in your county/state and whether the sentences run consecutively. Check and see if your county has a website where you can see who is in jail. If your county has a website, it should tell you how long he will have to be in there.

How long will he do? Didn't you say 60 days? He won't get out early for good behavior. It's just jail not prison.

He will probably do 30 days or less. You get 2 for 1 for "good behavior". Of course, he has to be "good".
