If muslims sniff anything close to freedom or a woman getting authority they get angry

Muslims are jealous of our freedom

To them a woman not covering her head or shaking a mans hand is like the most evil thing in the world

Islam is about one thing. HATE HATE HATE

It seems that the press has done us a disservice by limiting their coverage to front running candidates so early in the race. I think even the Democrats could field an acceptable candidate if we could hear about them.

I would like to hear more about what the candidates say than where they are saying it and what's in the background of their campaign ads.

It would be informative to hear news reports about inconsistant positions taken by candidates and their explainations of those inconsistant positions.

Why can't we get this type of information early in the campaigns rather than hearing half-truths during the campaign only to hear the counter half-truths in attack ads when its too late for the candidates to respond with replies that can be checked out?

this is for all u political junkies out there personally i think its sad that when we finnally have a strong female in government they assainate her but then again knowing you have so many political enemies should have at least lead her to some caution especially since elections are a few days away
unfortunately the Pakistani people lost an icon and have thrown the country into caos which was probably what they wanted in the first place

It seems that Pakistan had so much potential to end the violence, poverty and religious extremism - then this happens.

The questions I read on here are really sad, stupid, pathetic, and downright depressing. Are people really this dumb in real life?

Why aren't children learning basic knowledge in schools? They come on here and ask a question that a 4 year old should be asking, not a 16 year old.

Start studying folks. You're embarrassing your elders.

There is great deal of concern going on in the Balkans between Serbia and Kosovo and once again United States is putting its blindfolds on. I don't see this issue being reported on the American media what so ever and it is a very important matter. BBC and DW is constantly reporting on this story, but why do the American media fail to ignore the most crucial stories, but won't stop covering the death of Anna Nicole Smith and Britney Spears court date for days?

It seems like everyone I see on TV says that it isn't possible that a door was left open, but they have no problem believing a tiger jumped over a 15 foot moat and up an 18 foot wall to kill one person, then track down the other people 300 yards away.

Maybe it was a Liger, as we all now they are bred for their skills in magic.

I believe she was one person who could 'humanise' Pakistan. She fought for democracy until the day she died. No more dictatorship is what she called for.

NOW: If anyone has one of those free Pakistani channels on sky, you can see hundreds of people running rampant burning public buildings and civilian cars around the streets. To call it an utter mess is a huge understatement.
It won't get any better soon is what I can tell.

The people of her party are left with no leader. They have lost it. Completely.

Pakistan is now officially dead.

RIP

Opposition leader to Pakistani President Musharraf, Bhutto (a known Democracy advocate) was assainated today at a rally in Pakistan. Now is the time for the conspiracy theorists to come out of the woodworks. Who was behind it and why?
Any final thoughts on Bhutto? The kind of woman she was? what you though of her?
This was the third attempt on her life. She is more than a martyr, she is a pillar in the halls of justice.

Why couldn't they just tranquilize her? I just read that the 3 men may have been taunting her....why should the tiger have to be shot because of them? Why do animals have to be locked up in zoo's anyway...it's just not natural! I do feel for the 3 men, but isn't enough enough? An animal is just that...AN ANIMAL! Leave them ALONE!!!!!

even though it was a tragedy the teenager died...did the tiger
really deserve to be killed? Reports are now saying the boys
may have been teasing the tiger.
Why should the tiger be killed for acting in its own
nature?
Look..if they are so worried about public safety...(the official reason why the tiger was killed) then DONT TAKE THE TIGER OUT OF ITS NATURAL HABITAT!!!!!!!!

On UK bases in Cyprus, which are in fact soveriegn areas of land covering some 99 sq. miles of land. The Euro will become the legal tender from 1st January 2008.

Surely it is time for the UK to adopt the Euro and stop all this 'nationalistic flag waving'"

Another assination in Pakistan. There seems to be a policy there that if you don't like or agree with the opposition that you just kill them. Is this the way that Muslims think. ? Can anyone imagine this happening in the UK ? and they, the Pakistanies, call themselves democratic. God help us all as that country now in termoil, has the atomic bomb
