It seems that the press has done us a disservice by limiting their coverage to front running candidates so early in the race. I think even the Democrats could field an acceptable candidate if we could hear about them.

I would like to hear more about what the candidates say than where they are saying it and what's in the background of their campaign ads.

It would be informative to hear news reports about inconsistant positions taken by candidates and their explainations of those inconsistant positions.

Why can't we get this type of information early in the campaigns rather than hearing half-truths during the campaign only to hear the counter half-truths in attack ads when its too late for the candidates to respond with replies that can be checked out?

WHAT?! You expect FAIR and BALANCED coverage of ALL the candidates from the "lame-stream" media? Silly person!

The only coverage of a republican candidate you are going to read about in the "lame-stream" media is the candidate that the media wants to Republicans to select, in the belief that that is the candidate that Hillaroid will find easiest to beat in the election. That candidate will be their "fair-haired" boy until the primaries are over and then there will be enough mud slung at him to bury D.C. about 6 feet deep.

If you want to know more about any candidate, go to their website. Don't read the papers and especially don't listen to any liberals on YA!

Duncan Hunter is a very conservative politician who has represented his district in So. California very well. He supports our troops and their mission in the war on terror, but he is no warmonger, having served as a Navy pilot in Vietnam. He understands the hardships and heartbreak of war, both on the soldiers and their families.

He is retiring from the Congress to run for President and his son, a former Marine Captain, recently seperated from active duty, who has served in Afghanistan and Iraq, is running for his former seat in the House. He supports the enforcement of our existing immigration laws, stronger border security and is anti-amnesty for illegals. Pro-life and pro-US sovereignty (anti-UN). Check him out for yourself.

Not only go to his website, but also go to the Congressional Record to see his voting record and any speeches he has made on the floor of the House.

Never judge a candidate by what he/she SAYS. ALWAYS go their records and judge them by what they DO.

I just shook Duncan Hunter's hand about an hour ago here in Reno, NV at a private V.I.P. reception. I did not really know about him up until a month ago and I just put him as my top candidate a couple of days ago. I think the major media want to avoid him because he is the best kept secret for conservatives. Did you notice how nobody really heard of Huckabee up until the last 2 months and it turns out that he has a liberal streak in his history. I believe a lot of the media can only ignore Duncan for so long because there are a lot of video interviews of him on U- Tube and cable news shows have various interviews of him also. Even though he may not be well known enough right now for the Iowa caucaus a lot can change in a very short time. That's basically what I told a news person who asked me how I felt supporting someone who has a small chance of winning. President Reagan won even though he did not win the Iowa caucaus (which Duncan Hunter told me tonight). We need to get the word out about Duncan Hunter. I have to say he is a real down to earth person. He showed great patience at the earlier townhall meeting this night when one of the persons asked him a very long rambling speech/ question and even threw in an insult at him which drew some other guests there to jump in and fire back some remarks at the questioner. Duncan in his response said he likes tough questions and went on to answer the man's question with clarity and respect. Duncan is genuine to me.

What in the worldwide do you elect to nicely known? each and every little bit of techniques which you are able to think of coping with the applicants is obtainable on the internet, consisting of a few nonsense like ineffective Marxist referenced. You men choose the media to easily serve each and every little thing to you precisely the form you elect to hearken to it, and it extremely is purely no longer that way. What in the worldwide do you elect to nicely known which you won't have the capacity to locate everywhere? Get off your tailbone and carry out a little artwork to study the applicants, for crying out loud. have you ever LISTENED to any of the debates? have you ever study something they have had to declare? Do you recognize that if those rates weren't edited into "soundbites" as you're saying, then the information could final HOURS through fact they could ought to incorporate each and each element the candidate pronounced? that's SO ridiculous and SO pathetic. i do no longer understand in case you're NeoCon or no longer, even though it extremely sounds like it. purely what in the worldwide are you looking forward to from the information media which you're no longer getting? The media follows the main well liked applicants, and those are those getting the main media interest. Huckaby on the excellent, and Clinton and Obama on the left. they have had HOURS of debates on television. have not you think any of the debates? end blaming the information media on your LAZINESS!!!!

He is too much of a warmonger, and as a result has VERY low poll numbers.
