Pinay maid in Kuwait gang rape says no to settlement.

The 18-year-old Filipina victim of rape in Kuwait has positively identified all 15 of her abusers and vowed she will not agree to any settlement, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said today.
With this, Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto Romulo has directed the Philippine Ambassador to Kuwait Ricardo Endaya to personally handle the case of the Filipina rape victim.
Romulo also told the Ambassador to engage the services of lawyers to represent the Filipina in the legal proceedings.
Citing reports from the Embassy, the rape victim has already declared before the Kuwaiti press that she is determined to pursue the case against the suspects despite efforts to have her settle.
The rape victim came face to face with the 15 suspects last December 26.During six hours of interrogation by the prosecutors, the Filipina stood firm and solid in positively identifying each of the suspects while in the presence

The executive officers of the Yahoo Corporation have been honored by the Chinese Government for turning in four wanted individuals who had stood up against the Chinese Military at Tinneminum Square, and theyr reward for doing this is a larger piece of the internet pie in China. More money for Yahoo and to hell with basic civil rights and working with a communist country.

yahoo removes every question that I post on here that deals with Yahoo's involvement with the People's Republic of China Secret Police. Why would they do this if they weren't guilty of committing these terrible crimes against humanity?

They remove these questions because they don't want anyone to know just how low down scumbags they are, and that it is more important for Yahoo to make a dollar then to respect another human beings civil rights!

Hopefully it's all sorted now but I just wanted to check whether anyone agreed with the postal workers going on strike?

I only know what I've heard on the news and I may be wrong but it seems that they want more pay, a better pension scheme and flexible work conditions so they still get paid if they go home early. Well it seems ridiculous that they should get paid for not doing anything... not many other jobs offer this!

I don't know how much they get paid but it's not like they're doing brain surgery. I just think strikes are very immature. It's not like nurses and doctors can go on strike because if they did, people would die. They deserve more pay and better conditions more than anyone... it just seems stupid that postal workers should have more power than people as important as doctors and nurses.

I have no sympathey for them... it's not like they're particularly skilled or have had to pay thousands in university fees to do what they do.

Robert Murat in Portugal? He was made a "suspect" 5 mths ago,just because him and his Mother tried to help,and got themselves "noticed" He has done nothing at all.Compare this to the Mccanns,who if nothing else neglected their children,even if only for the 1 night. They have received massive support. Suppose Murat had been lucky enough to have been Irish or black or something.Can you see all the trendy laywers and pop groups rushing to help.with demonstrations,music concerts,and the like.They would have been dubbed the "Portugal two" as it is he is boringly white and Christian no-one cares.Do you care?why not E mail the British Consul in Lisbon,as I am about to do.or write demanding he gets Her Majestys protection,as every Briton is entitled to. Is nuclear deal of India with US is really worth?
It worth down the line of 50 - 60 years.
[A}.-Why worth ?
1) Fossile fuel is limited in INDIA and world.,
2) Nuclear fuel is also limited in INDIA AS WELL AS in world but can give enrgy for some years.
[B]. - Con of Nuclear?
Nuclear power cost is Rs 3.00 per Kwh Where as coal cost Rs 1.40 per Kwh
Like petroleum, Foreign currancy will goout for
1). TECHNOLOGY,
2). FUEL,
3). INSPECTION,
4). EQUIPMENT, ETC
other CONs are:
5) Dependent on other
6) Possible stopage of fuel on later date (like USA stopped for TARAPUR UNITS, canadian STOPPED FOR RAWTBHATA UNITS)
7) Radioactive and toxic WASTE Management,
8) Radiation to workers,
9) Raidation to public, in the event of Nuclear accident,
10) Long construction period and high cost of nuclear power plant.
[C]. - Options for INDIA ?
OPTIONS with little or no foreign currancy OUTGO:
1) WIND mill with limitless energy
2) HYDRAL with limitless life span,
3) SOLAR with limitless life,
4) Municipal waste with limitless life,
5) Agriculture waste WITH LIMITLESS LIFE,
6) COAL,
7) GAS.
OPTION WITH FOREIGN CURRANCY OUTGO:
1) NUCLEAR,
2) PETROLEUM,
3) GAS.
[D] Why 50 - 60 years?
Now INDIA MAY SURVIVE with Coal,Gas, Wind, Solar, Hydral, WASTE, Etc but after 60 years fossile will vanish and WIND, SOLAR, HYDRAL, WASTE cannot give sufficient energy for the INDUSTRY.
[E].- What is the option ?
INDIA SHALL USE NUCLEAR OPTION FOR ENERGY GENERATION..
[F] What is about foreign currency, dependence?
1). SINCE 50 - 60 YEARS is long. INDIA SHALL EXPLORE IT'S 1800 KM by 2000 km land surface, 100 - 2000 km on sea bed to check if Urenium can be extracted economically.
2) USA has formed NSG with 50 countries to deny access to nuclear fuel to countries like NDIA. World has 120 - 150 countries. INDIA can make an extensive search for URANIUM in the remaining POOR countries. It will help that POOR country for their economic upliftment and HELP india to get fuel. But how does it stop the foreigncurrency outgo? Since these poor contries need is limited to " ROOTI-KAPDE-AUR-MOKAN", in which INDIA is strong enough; it can exchagne those goods with NUCLEAR FUEL ( if available). Since these poor countries does not have economical, technological capability, they will welcome help from INDIA. It amounts to free "ROOTI-KAPDE-AUR-MOKAN" for people of those poor country at free of cost due to avialality of URANIUM in their countru ( Which they can not use or do anythings)
[G]. Why this deal ?
If INDIA refused to this proposal, OPTION as in [F] above can not be materialised? Why? Since USA is WORLD DADA, it will influence other ( 125-50 = 75) countries not to allow INDIA for exercising OPTION [F]
[H].- Conclusion ?
INDIAN has no option but to sign the deal.
