How about - by definition anyone taking a prescription drug is under the care of a doctor, therefore any problems with the drug have to be matched against the risks of the medical situation. And if you look carefully, problems are reported long before the 100,000 level - more like 1000-10,000 and then not deaths but complications.

100.000 people. My God what drug was that? We still haven't heard about that drug yet. If you know what drug that was please tell us. I bet the 104 year old lady down the street died because of that drug.
