Clear Channel Communications did not ask Rush to apologize, as the letter demanded, and now Rush has the letter, and he's auctioning it off for charity, scholarships for children of Marines who died in combat. It's liberal BS for BS degrees for children of heros. Did the democrats lose this one?

As I said in another answer, I think Rush has lost some of his public prestige (although I doubt he had much before the phony soldier thing erupted.)
And selling the letter is a stunt, and looks a little amateurish. He's still laughing, but that is his act.

Believe me that Senator Reid lost big time. He's my senior Senator. And a good deal of his rank and file support and campaign donations come from his fellow Mormons. That's a group which forms a big part of Mister Limbaugh's fan base in the Great Basin area, including Utah. BTW, in the general election of 1992, William Jefferson Clinton came in third behind electors pledged to George Herbert Walker Bush and H. Ross Perot in the State of Utah.
It is already a growing rumor around these parts that none of the Democratic candidates for President who will be visiting this state between now and the Democratic Caucus want to appear with "Searchlight Harry" at their side.

i like Traitor Harry (he said as unlawful extraterrestrial beings "undocumented individuals" - that an @ss). i have heard him said as dirty Harry yet that insulting to Clint Eastwood. Harry changed into an @ss concerning the remark Rush made. both Harry, the twit, did not study the completed remark or he changed into hoping others hadn't study it and could purely blindly save on with Reid.
