Filtered reporting in papers and TV?

Am I the only one to notice the filtered news we are receiving?
Any good news out of Iraq if reported at all is buried in the paper on a quick tidbit on a non prime TV news.
But give a breaking bad news story and the liberal news will plaster it all over.
This kind of reporting no matter what some say helps our enemies and hurts our troops. NO MATTER WHAT SOME MAY SAY.

Will we still be in Iraq five years from now? That would take us to the end of the next Presidential administration. And that could very well be the administration of a Democratic President.

McCanns: Portuguese did not consent to McCanns private Spanish Hotline ?

We read that in fact the Portuguese Police did not consent to the McCanns setting up a Private Hotline in Spain, and they are now angered.

Surely the right people to call are the Police, and not the MAIN SUSPECTS vigilate style call centre ?

What if you had an emergency and needed to evacuate, like the people threatened by the CA wildfires?

What would you pack if you only had five minutes to do so and why? Are you ready for such a disaster to occur, and if not, are you creating an emergency / memento kit because of what's happening in California? How would you feel if you only had what you could pack in an instant?

This war in Iraq is a total disaster. We need to pull out of Iraq, very soon. What do you think?

This war had nothing to do with "freeing" the Iraqi people from Saddam Hussein and bringing democracy to that country.
It has all to do with oil and getting back at Hussein for trying to assassinate Bush's dad, George H. W. Bush.
But like I said, oil also has alot to do with our occupation of Iraq. Remember, Bush is an oil man and Iraq has the oil.
This whole war has torn Iraq apart --- not to mention killing or severely hurting our troops, caused huge casualties
among the civilian population, done alot of damage to their buildings and their infrastructure; it also enabled radical
Muslims to gain power and cause terror there; and there are many, many other grave problems there.

The only ones who really stand to benefit from this war and occupation is Bush, Cheney and others in their group.
Anyway, we just need to leave Iraq, very soon.

Our soldiers in uniform are dying for nothing, in my opinion.
But this is strictly my opinion.

So, again I ask, what do u think?

It now appears that the reason that Kate 'broke down', on Spanish TV is that Gerry had her under strict orders as to what she should say. As Kate shed a tear Gerry comforted with the stearn words "Don't say anything till they've taken off your microphone".

Did Spanish TV nearly get a confession out of Kate McCann before bully boy Gerry intervened ?

Why are people always comparing Katrina to other disasters?

Newspaper help!?

I have two small,one page newspapers. The only problem is, I have no place to sell them, and nobody to read them. I do a lot of drawing, printing, coping, and writing, but how do I get other people read them? I'm still young, but I can sell if I had a proper place. I also don't have a job, but I do have a scanner, copier, computer, and lots of paper.Please help me. I'm
