I doubt that any one will be "in trouble" for not doing their job. I feel they did their job as protocol would of called for it. I would be willing to BET you a steak dinner no one will be able to get that close again. Security changes have already been made. The Secret Service (our S.S) doesn't play around.

I think security was pretty slow but you have to remember she went through a metal detector before entering so they knew she didn't pose a serious immediate threat.
