Will we still be in Iraq five years from now? That would take us to the end of the next Presidential administration. And that could very well be the administration of a Democratic President.

I don't think so,but I think we will see a full blown civil war there.This really is the only outcome for this very sorry country.While the dictator was in charge he kept a lid on the problems that have existed there since the creation of Iraq after the first world war.The same thing can be said about Yugoslavia with the passing of Tito

By the looks of things the idiot replacing bush isn't going to be much brighter so yes are armed forces will be there until they all refuse to participate in this never ending war. We need our troops here on the home front protecting the citizens they took an oath to protect not the ones on the other side of the globe.

No, if the next president has any gumption. Our soldiers are in George Bush's war for oil which will line his pockets after he is long gone. The war on "terrorism" is a war on our rights. We as a nation need to stand up and stop this senseless abuse of our military.

I doubt it, I belive most of the more likely presidentail canidates are more or less into getting us out than staying in. I'm glad to see the country turning blue rather than red. Its a welcome change.
