I understand most media is liberal but i find it quite astonishing how much of an agenda even YAHOO news has.

Each time i load yahoo.com always at the top 5 of the news links, are liberal themes. For example Guliani being attacked by a minority* of firefighters, makes it almost discredit him against his amazing 911 heroics....


Then whenever bush visits latin america, they propose a BUSH VS. CHAVEZ story spotlighted by the most liberal ABC news?

On and on and on, the 3rd top new story? "mccain keeps gossip down" (why does it have to focus on gossip, why can't it focus on obama or clinton keeping gossip down)

I'm calling for a boycott to yahoo until they get some sort of balance in reporting top news storys

anyone else find it ridiucilous how liberal yahoo is in it's reporting of top news stories?

Well I live in Canada, and on the news today I heard that on sunday the time is switching. 3 weeks early. and then I heard that it has to do with the U.S. because they are staying with it switching early it will save on energy costs.

With me being from canada i'm just kind of confused on this? and i'm hoping some americans can help me out on the reasons for this switching early.

Did this woman pick the weirdest way to rob a bank ?

Woman Robs Bank, Claims To Wear Explosive Device

Federal investigators are searching for a woman who allegedly robbed a Westmoreland County bank.
The robber allegedly told the teller she had an explosive device strapped to her body. The woman held up the PNC Bank in the Norwin Hills Shopping Center in North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania.


Investigators believe the woman went into a nearby Eckerd drug store and changed her clothes before the robbery.

Officials plan to release a video of the suspect today.

The US is the Alpha Male Gorilla of the world that other nations are coming up aspiring primates vying for the first place. In our "chimp" like human world other players (nations) must prove their worth in relation with the US. There is no need to second guess the US actions or policies they will always hate what the US does it's in their genes.

Before the hunting of the 1800's depleted the American bison so badly, they were the most numerous single species of large wild mammal on Earth (estimated at 30 million in 1800). The USA currently only has an approx. pop. of 45 million domesticated cattle. There are no cattle total pop. estimates for the 1800's, so I'm just comparing the numbers of one species to the entire current USA domesticated numbers.

If "livestock are a major emitter of greenhouse gases that cause climate change" why didn't they see any sign of it in the 1800's?

Note: I believe global warming to be a solar caused phenomenon affecting all planets, not caused by anything happening here on Earth.

don't call me heartless, i do agree this story is tragic. my heart goes out to her family. but anna nicole didn't do anything special to society, didn't benefit people in any way. who agrees that the media is making WAY too big of deal out of the death of a troubled woman who was practically a hooker?

I mean from a "greatest good for the greatest amount of people". Their such a small part of our population. But if we let it bocome larger like Europe has. Well follow in the same footsteps as they will regretabley soon follow.
