I understand most media is liberal but i find it quite astonishing how much of an agenda even YAHOO news has.
Each time i load yahoo.com always at the top 5 of the news links, are liberal themes. For example Guliani being attacked by a minority* of firefighters, makes it almost discredit him against his amazing 911 heroics....
Then whenever bush visits latin america, they propose a BUSH VS. CHAVEZ story spotlighted by the most liberal ABC news?
On and on and on, the 3rd top new story? "mccain keeps gossip down" (why does it have to focus on gossip, why can't it focus on obama or clinton keeping gossip down)
I'm calling for a boycott to yahoo until they get some sort of balance in reporting top news storys
anyone else find it ridiucilous how liberal yahoo is in it's reporting of top news stories?

"New york wonders why Guiliani gains support"
AND since when does YAHOO have the right to generalize a few bias opinons as NEW YORK. this is ridiculous, i'm sure plenty of NEW YORK thinks he deserves the recognition....thats just absurd liberal bias

i agree, but, i will say that most news is bias. liberalism runs wild. let see, all the major networks,NPR,Rush Limbaugh. my take is that the sports section cud, quite possibly, be the only thing that's not liberal and/ or bias. b/c it happens the way its supposed to. its kinda soughta cut-n-dry. you can say that items like the duke lacrosse cud fall under this argument. OK, sorry 99.9% of sports is liberal bias.

Yahoo republishes information materials from quite a few autonomous reporting companies. they don't have their own information journalists gathering thoughts or writing articles. study the by ability of-strains on the articles. they're all written by ability of AP, Reuters, BBC, Knight-Ridder and different 0.33-social gathering reporting provider. Yahoo publishes each and all of the articles that those companies launch. So, do no longer blame Yahoo by way of fact the only information being written happens to pass against your political innovations.

I hate to tell you this, but the MORE you learn about the world, the more LIBERAL you become. Open minded means you're willing to accept new & different ideas- & people who DO (as those in the Media MUST), inevitably become more liberal. If you don't like that, get rid of your computer, turn off your TV- & carefully read only the Conservative columns in your newspaper. If that's too much to ask, then at LEAST avoid Yahoo- whose news stories are no different than anyone elses.

absurd the way neo cons allways think the media too liberal
funny how the news seems to reveal truths regardless of the inclination to some to twist it towards the fox slant
try bying the sun paper ,join fox ,i find the complaints ridiculous ,its a matter of free speech that any and all can post here
try getting any ''liberal'' stuff past the neo con ,media
here the neo cons rule the roost ,have free speach ,yet whine about not having the headlines as red neck as thier own neo bias

First, Yahoo don't write news. They get these articles from Reuters. Second, it is report not an opinion. Bush visting South America is big news and many hate him down there. That's fact. They also spent good amount of time talking about biofuel pact, but you probably only look for 'liberal&antiBush' stuff in news. So you can rant about it.
So Yahoo didn't write it, you don't know who the author of report is other than the author wrote about protesters protesting Bush, New Yorkers criticizing Giuliani...etc.
Loot at these other top headliners at Yahoo, via Reuters(I copied 5 article titles in a row)
Bush names seven to veteran care panel

Sound to me like Bush and others are doing good work. These don't sound like evil Bush, anti-GOP article to me.
I think you're clueless.
If I show you a movie about gay cowboys that doesn't mean I am a gay cowboy. Because I'm not.
I don't think you'll be happy unless all the articles say 'dear leader Bush, you're the greatest!'
Not to mention this bizzare irony which you call for yahoo boycott on yahoo answer. It's like me going into Wal-Mart and saying 'let's boycott Wal-Mart, but after I buy that DVD player for 30 bucks!'
