How does Syria feel about North Korea? And what is the specific situation in North Korea?

I think there is no relation between Syria and NKorea, and now UN started to solve the problems with NKorea.
But there is might be some relation with NKorea that Syria might bought some weapons from NKorea, nothing more i guess.
anyway I like Korean ppl, Ariran is my best korean TV channel ;o)

Syrian Government Do consider that North Korea is a Dictatorial System, but she doesn't consider that North Korea is an evil nation cause Syrian doesn't dived people in the stupid theory of good and evil.
Syria thinks that the best way to fix North Korea is by Korean themselves, by giving them help and force them to open to the world, especially uniting them with south Korea.
anyway, Putting Korea in the corner and giving them nick names, like Evil nation, etc. will make them search for defensive ways which is Nukes...
Syria think that we should not act with Korea individually , but as a member of UN, that's mean, Syria takes no Action against north Korea until United nation do (Cause Syria is a member of UN)...

Syria??? I haven't heard of Syria in the context of North Korea.
But Iran And North Korea have been trading neuclear secrets for quite a while, while each tries to develope neuclear bombs.
