Can you request a newspaper redelivery for a specific date, and if so would it cost extra on the subscription? Would this request be shown later on payment? -Thanks

Or (with same question) what about a local community newspaper that is normally delivered free of charge?

You can call the company and ask them for a copy and if it's not to out of date, like on microfilm from the vault of the late 1900's, then they should able to reproduce it. Most companies should have a copy in their file just like magazines, although it might cost a little extra. Don't expect your local paperboy to deliver it later.
