I do.
His country has a lot of oil money, and he is making sure that much of the profit is spent making sure that his country has good doctors and education. His generosity extends outside Venezuela as well. He provides inexpensive oil to other south and central american countries as well. After katrina, he offered help to New Orleans, although Bush turned him down.
Right now, he is helping several townships in the Northeast by selling heating oil at about 40% of the normal cost.
I also respect him for standing up to the US. Our own CIA tried to accomplish a coup, and it didn't work. He has been elected by huge landslide, because he TAKES CARE of his populace.
