That's what our pressident is doing with the people who elected him for two concecutives peridos. Day by day is more homeless on the streets plus the soldiers who come unhealthy, and without money.

I'm not sure if anybody is familiar with this event but I have been doing a little research about it and was interested in organizing an event for the cause in April. My question is, have any of you heard of it or attended one of these events? Do you know anything about it or have any stories from your event? Just wondering, I'm not sure on how exactly they work or if they are at all popular.

The good side of US news, etc? Like eyes-only in Dark Angel series? Same with CNN getting hacked to show good things about Israel? In fact, why don't we show more than 60 seconds of positive world news?! There's lots of good things that happen where I live that don't even make the local news! How about you? Are there lots of really happy cool things that don't even make the news? Seems like the world press is preoccupied with gorey, depressing and scandalous news.

I need to find out exactly what happend with the tragic story of my boyfriends cousin J.P.my boyfriend served 7 yrs. in prison after being charged with man slaughter of his cousins murder.It was a drug deal that went bad but my boyfriend and his cousin were together the shooter wanted to kill both but only was able to shoot the passenger which was J.P. my boyfriends cousin he was in the driver side and thats why my boyfriend was charged with manslaughter and parole which he is on now,the shooter is doing life without the possibility of parole.This happend in Strathmore California about 9-11yrs. ago The newspaper that followed the sad story is the Porterville Recorder.Can you help me find that story.I need details

Al gore made his movie "Inconvenient Truth" which shows how bad we are polluting the earth and how global warming is already starting. George Bush on the other hand is not caring about global warming but on war instead.

I KNOW I heard this story on the Today Show about two weeks ago. I was fully awake and drinking coffee. What I'm not sure about is how much. I thought I heard Eight million dollars. Supposedly it was to jumpstart the economy because due to sanctions there wasn't any cash. WHY isn't anyone talking about this on the news or otherwise?

What I mean is... when did things like the Anna Nicole Smith saga, the Peterson trial, etc become front page, HEADLINE news? It seems like the media these days is just another corporation trying to sell their "product" by appealing to the lowest common denominator. I'm still fairly young (25) but I think the OJ Simpson trial had a lot to do with it. What do you guys think?
