I KNOW I heard this story on the Today Show about two weeks ago. I was fully awake and drinking coffee. What I'm not sure about is how much. I thought I heard Eight million dollars. Supposedly it was to jumpstart the economy because due to sanctions there wasn't any cash. WHY isn't anyone talking about this on the news or otherwise?

Ok Sharpie. I believe you. I really thought I did hear "billions" but that just seemed incredible. Anyway, WHY isn't anyone reporting on it anymore?
Seems to me we have a motivating cause for starting the war right there! Makes Halliburton seem like a clean word in comparison.

I googled my question. I found a Fox News item that said it was $8 billion in Iraqi money from oil sales, sanctions, and a fund to rebuild. I know I heard AMERICAN cash. What say you?

The article in the Fox news online also says only 2 U.S. senators are calling for an investigation. Why is that do you think?
