George W. Bush has finally succeeded in killing Sadam Hussein, avenging Hussein's threat against his father, and showing that he could do something his father couldn't do (or more accurately, knew better than to do).

Hussein was an evil, murderous despot who deserved death, no question about that, even though he posed no imminent threat to the United States.

Here's my question: Was it worth 3,000 brave young American lives, and over 600,000 innocent Iraqi lives (so far) for Bush to pursue his personal vendetta against Sadam? Was it worth the billions of US taxpayer's dollars that he has spent to look brave & strong, wear a flight suit for a "Mission Accomplished" photo op, and to look brave, not like a coward who dodged combat service in Viet Nam?

Isn't it a fact that Bush, with his lies (it's documented that he manipulated the intelligence) has killed more US citizens than the terrorists on 9/11 and more Iraqis than did Saddam Hussein?

Was it worth it?

Humanity has reached to d worst state. V r technologically approaching d stone age. Why war? Why killing innocent citizens? War is laid by d politician, but he usually do not die in it. This is d global thought on peace. No matter who is from which country. Everyone of us is a citizen & in the end of every war, V r left behind to suffer. Few dictators & presidents of countries hav put the world on d edge. Why d game of power? Who is benefited financially? Who r going to get rebuilding contracts after destroying any country? Yes, development is mandatory..but, in medicines, to prevent lives by natural calamities b4 it hits. We still can't predict tremor & Tsunami, cant stop Katrina -- which kills thousands every year. More dangerous than any dictator or president. Killing in expectation of peace has no value. Peace wouldn't come that way. World has fewer quantity of good humans and bad humans keeps on increasing. Even if d world kill all bad humans, they will b back again. God bless

It seems very abrupt and unannounced for Saddam Hussein to be hung already! Is it all a conspiracy? Do you still think he is alive and being hid?

Why isn't Bush executed for crimes against humanity and all the deaths that result from his administration..Think of all the suffering and deaths that came to earth courtesy of Bush and his administration.. Do not answer this with your gut reaction until you at least read the entirety of some of the deaths Bush and his crowd is responsible for..

Deaths from going to war under false pretenses and dropping the evilivalent of 1/4 million Nagasaki bombs that have cancer up 1000% and horrific birth defects up 1000% http://www.uksociety.org/us_crimes_against-humanity_1.htm

Scrioll down and see the results if you dare of depleted uranium which we have upped the use several times and included nondepleted uranium.

From this DU that kills, sickens, and deforms, that does this to all species and damgaes human and other DNA, and does so for 4 1/2 billion years.

That has spread to 15 countries and many innocent cililians including multitudes of children and our allies. (15 countries from Iraq so far as DU spreads widely),

That violates all 4 rules of war that we vowed to uphold but didnt

That kills, sickens, and deforms our own citizens through testing and widespread dispersal patterns and kills, sicken, and deforms our troops and troops spouses and future offspring.. yes, death for our own troops being poisoned and for their future children (extreme deformities--67% of Gulf War I vets have kids with serious birth defects like missing eyes and limbs from our use of DU weapons..all four of the countries we used them in have had gulf-war type syndromesg ...all this death till the end of time---millions and milllions more deaths --- for lies..and greed--for what??.

.not to mention hundreds of thousands of direct Iraqi war deaths and nearly 3000 of our troops (and all the sick who have died are not included in the deathcount). And the horriblre injuries and burns from white phosperous etc.

This is great for the world. He was a crude man. We all need to see him brought to justice b/c after all, he gave those under his regime no mercy.
PLEASE HELP ME FIND PICS OR VIDEO of the execution of Saddam Hussein!

I don't understand why Saddam's hanging wasn't adamantly and vocally opposed by human rights groups. I think it's a sad commentary on our society when hanging is considered just, and the president of the US condones it. I'm not surprised by Bushwad, though. He condones torture.

since He didn't require years of support by the taxpayers against whom he committed his atrocities? Don't you think our crime rate would go down if those considering committing a crime in which his/her life is required as punishment knew that the sentence would be carried out almost immediately without the years and years of senseless legal red-tape?

I think it's a simple and brilliant plan. Iraq has one-up on us in that field.
