That's up to the judges to decide. I'm not gonna be the one condemning someone to death, it's not my job, wouldn't do it for a million dollars.

If some people argue that no, he should not have been executed...then, my question is this: just how much worse than Saddam would a person have to be in order to deserve execution? Just exactly what types of things would a person have to do in order to deserve execution? If Saddam did not deserve what he got, then who does?

Just i hered about the same, as per the human rights personnels they are discribed that the execution of Saddam Hussain was inhumna, and he has to give chance to live? as per my concerned law should be applicable each and every body equally, but there is a one thing we have to think that the appelate Court had rejected his appeal, and passed orders to hang him withing 30 days! where is necessary to hang him immediately.?!

Actually yes he should. I did a paper on him in high school and found out that at one point he killed 100 men women and children by putting them through a shredder. For no reason. And then he took their remains and fed them to his palace dogs. I believe that he should be shot to death instead of being hanged. It just doesn't seem like hanging is doing justice for the people he killed.

Yes, the harm that he has wrought into that country is unforgivable, kill em and let God sort em all out. The loss of life is a travesty. The only sure way of those people's family getting justice was death to the tyrant.

Nope, no one deserves to be executed. Honestly it was all pointless and stupid. His execution didn't solve anything ok yeah it made a lot of people happy in Iraq but their happiness isn't going to stop the war that's going on right now. His execution probably created more problems.
**Like i said Troika, No one deserves to be executed no matter what.

The Iraqi judge thought so. It was their call. He certainly earned the punishment.
