There is no forgiveness after death. Hindsight is 20/20. What fool do you think is NOT going to be begging on his knees for forgiveness when he is face-to-face with God Almighty? Faith is required to believe in God. A belief in God and a belief in the gift of His Son Jesus Christ is required for salvation. Unless Saddam saw the light before execution (which I highly doubt given he was holding a Quran at his hanging) and asked God to forgive him he is burning in hell right now. There is no redemption for those who die in their sins.

That's the reason God sent His begotten son, Jesus Christ, so that all men's commissions of sins be blotted out. If Saddam asks forgivness for his sins, why not. After all God will raise from the dead all saddam executed. Well those killers are not Cjhristians that is why they pursue his being hanged. All world leaders anyway are guilty of what saddam did that they are accusing him. Or world leaders are afraid of saddam? He will not be executed but somebody will eliminate him.

That's up to God and God alone.

It's awfully disrespectful towards God for all these people on this question to be saying things like "God won't forgive Saddam". That's just an observation. Ultimately, it's up to God to decide whether Saddam is forgiven or not. Allow God to do the judging, don't try to do it for Him, you'll regret it later.

God forgive everyone, but i think it all depends on if Saddam asked for his forgiveness. You have to ask for what you want

I doubt it very much cause he took the lives of others, and I doubt sadam will ask for forgiveness since he has so little respect for human-kin anyway. I am not saying he cant be forgiven cause if he asks god for his forgiveness he will probably get it. But he just doesnt seem the type of person to worry about life or the afterlife.

I think God will send both Saddam and George Bush down "to the furnace room" for their atrocities.

That's between him and God.

I don't believe people go to Hell, but anyone who causes the death of others while on Earth will probably face some kind of reckoning in the afterlife. Still, God is full of grace, infinite love, and forgiveness.

God is love and he forgives those who ask for his forgiveness. We should not forget that the Bible says not to judge others. Come judgement day only God knows who will go to Heaven.

God forgives all who asks for his forgiveness.
We cannot understand this because we are human, we have compassion for those being hurt. God has compassion for all.
Also I dont think God is in Saddam's faith.
