I had this site on my old computer, but it crashed. The bear was killed in Alaska and had eaten 2 or 3 people before this guy killed it. It is now displayed at the Alaskan airport to show vacationers what's in the wild of Alaska.

Some CBS affiliates are canceling or delaying the airing of this documentary after fears that they'll be fined by the FCC have arisen. The documentary follows firefighters during that day and their language is unedited. Apparently, there is a possibility that stations could receive a $325,000 fine for airing "obscenities." I guess where the problem lies is here:

"...The announcement came as the Tupelo, Miss.-based American Family Association readied its 3 million members to flood the FCC and CBS with complaints after the documentary airs..."

Do you think it's inappropriate to air between 8 and 10pm? Do you think parents who allowed their children to watch this (whatever age) would be more appalled by the firefighter's language than the reality of that day? Does it make you wonder where some people's priorities are?

If you agree with this family group, why? How can the actual replaying of history be obscene? How do you compare an entertainer flashing with that day's events?

My high school newspaper staff came across the book Post Secret by Frank Warren. The book is made up of post cards random people send in about a secret. They illistrate their secret and its published. I think its a great idea. Our editor thought it would be a great idea to do somewhat the same thing in our small town in Oklahoma and throughtout our high school. Does this sound cheesy or cool ?

Its not my imagination right, that the West has become obsessed with Islam and "The Muslim Issue" - is it true to say that not all Muslims are terrorists, but at the moment, all terrorists are Muslims? Or are we just pandering to the extremists and giving them what they want? Focus and News minutes?

The U.S. is the international watchdog for countries wanting and/or amassing nuclear weapons. She also has her own stockpile.
Surely other countries also have superior capabilities wherein they know exactly where OUR nuclear weapons are stored.
Such countries also know about the nuclear capabilities (and stockpiles) of other locations throughout the world.
I believe the capabilities in MANY other countries are far beyond what the U.S. has discovered behind its "nuclear" microscopes, especially since her 'intelligence' is so sadly lacking.
South Africa has not attempted to conceal her already up and running enrichment of uranium (for energy purposes of course). Apparently they have been doing this for quite a while.
So..despite the US and its giant capabilities... who else is getting there, is almost there, or is already there when it comes to the nuclear arms race.
(It is apparent that Israel has nuclear weapons.)
(.Cuba.remains quest. despite reports she has none)

I am fed up receiving junk mail ,also every paper or magazine I buy has junk mail in it ,so I have come up with an idea
most come with a freepost address or reply paid envelope
I send it back to them, now if like me you have something to sell or advertise enclose the ad. Or message, but nothing obscene.
I even scan the address and print on envelopes to send them some more remember the person who opens it is not the boss but one of the workers a potential customer you have turned it around haven’t you and you help the post office out and keep an other posty in work every ones a winner
