Its not my imagination right, that the West has become obsessed with Islam and "The Muslim Issue" - is it true to say that not all Muslims are terrorists, but at the moment, all terrorists are Muslims? Or are we just pandering to the extremists and giving them what they want? Focus and News minutes?

Demonising the "enemy" is a well known propaganda technique used for the furtherance of the self interest of those who seek to maintain power and control over the population. Hitler did it with the Jews in Nazi Germany. It eventually progresses to dehumanising, and then to "justifiable" persecution.
Lessons are never learned from history.
Gone is the USSR, so a new "enemy" is now needed to fill the void to maintain the USA 's continuing credibility and domination as the world's only superpower.
Lapdog Britain is the 53rd state of the USA. We have readily imported their culture, violence and paranoia over the past decades, which the recent couple of generations have suitably absorbed. We now have their values. Welcome to little America. Your move...

The West has become obsessed with Islam and the media seem to think they are giving the general public what the public want with all the news about Muslims, atm not all terrorists are Muslims its just Muslim terrorists get more publicity 'cause they are seen as the biggest threat to the West.

I think all Muslims and people who believe in Islam are suspect and rightly so. Look around and see what they do in the name of Ala! Who has the time or the civil ability to examine each muslum and verify his loyalty? Sometimes it's wise to group together similar individuals of the same beliefs if the good ones cannot be distinguished from the bad ones. Some call it racial profiling but some call it good tactics. Thanks for the special section covering the Muslum/ Islamic threat. I like to know what the guy, sworn by his religion to convert or kill me, is doing today.

I tried to find it but the page wouldn't scroll down.....I believe you though, yes we pander to extremists, I knew the liberal media did that here in the states but I thought it was a little better over there........man we are f***ed. I just looked on it again, didn't see the islam or islamic issues like you referred to but I know yahoo changes things constantly, there one minute gone the next.
I did notice that every single item under "News" had to do with terrorism, even a custody dispute referred to islam.
