It's the same thing. If you pray to Jesus, you are praying to God. God is the Holy Trinity; Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Jesus is God. He was just the human form of him on this earth. The Holy trinity is the father, son, and holy spirit and they are one. In the bible it says that you cant get into heaven without believing Jesus was the son of God.. By denying Christ you deny God the father. So you pray to both.

What is ‘Pray?’ To most of us it is asking God to grant us something or the other…For a loved one who is sick or dying, to pass in an exam, to get married, get a job, become rich, you name it people ‘pray’ for it. Jesus did not focus so much on teaching us to ‘pray’ He preached more on the virtues of living our lives according to the sacred rules of God. “Actions speak louder than words.” There are people who start their day with ‘pray’ only to spend the rest of it in breaking the basic rules of God, cheating, stealing, committing adultery, killing etc., etc.

Look for approved examples by Jesus

Father, I think you that thou hast heard me...

Who did he pray to?

Pray to the Father by the autority of Jesus (In Jesus name) and the congregation says...Amen

You pray to GOD,cause he is our creator. Jesus is his SON. He was sent by GOD to die for our sins and by HIM dying for our sins, gave us a chance to see HIS and OUR FATHER some day .That is if we live by HIS comandments. READ YOUR BIBLE!!!
