i pray he will pay in prison and some evil pervert cuts off his penis and sexually abuses him with it (i feel sick now) but there is no punishment i can think of to suffice, my heart goes out to the babys parents and pray this baby never hears of this tragedy when its an adult.... you just.... its a .... well....theres......hmmmm.... im at a total loss for words now

he should be taken outside in front of the news media and brutally castrated then left to bleed out as the crowd throws stones at him.
