To Vote: 15
Earliest you can get Driver lisense(not permit,full lisense): 18
To consent for sex(statutory rape age, currently at 18) 16
To buy drinks: 19
To consent for purchases, legal forms,etc(the "you must be 18 or older to buy or sign") 17
to go to war: 21
to be legally responsible for yourself(instead of your parent's taking the blame) and your actions under law if you commit a crime 14

a man gets convicted of sexually assaulting a woman, killing her, burning her body. Judge says, life will mean

life. next day lawyers say they can appeal to court of human rights because 'life means life' is not fair to the guy convicted. it infringes his human rights. .
is british law an ***, or is this the way justice will go in the future? it's time the law lords did something about the rights of the criminal apparently coming before justice or the rights of the person attacked/robbed/murdered.

do you think the power grid crisis is under reported?

Question about undocumented workers rights.?

I was just wondering what rights do undocumented workers have if their employeer decides not to pay them for work they have done...or if their employeer decides to short change their pay for no reason.

Also, i know the feds aren't cracking down on businesses that hire illegals...but what would happen if a business was caught short changing an illegal or not paying them for work they completed?

Can an illegal sue? Can an employeer legally just call immigration after the job is done if they don't want to pay?

Would 3 Global Orgies, 25 yrs apart stop the violence, hatred and prejudice?

Hear me out ... My grand daughters are mixed, (black and white) and they are color blind to negative racial propahanda. All they see is the stupidity of one race against the other. I have to wonder about the children who's parents are both Arab and Jew. I imagine all they see is a stupid military tennis game that does nothing more than kill people.

So, if we Make Love, Not War ... a couple global orgies to mix it all up, do you think the children we all conceive would grow up to be a more peaceful generation of humanity? - I know an orgie would at least give them something to look foreword to! :)
