Take some imodium AD it stops diarreah or you might take some keopectate... it stops diarreah without the cramping. this way you can still give your speech

yes. I'd go before the speech, make sure I know the quickest way to the bathroom, and not eat or drink anything before or during my speech.
If it's really bad, I would stay at home.

No i wouldnt and it doesent matter if you try not to eat the day before, its diarreah you can get it at anytime.

I would not cancel the speech I would take a good anti-diarrhea medication that you could buy over the counter

I totally despair at the lack of education these days! Can anyone learn to spell. We even have spell checker and no one knows how to use this. Diarrhoea and you can use a whole list of pills and potions to stop this! DIARRHOEA would never stop me doing anything, especially a dictionary..

no,no,and no if you have diareah and you are like myself, kinda shy when it comes to speeches and presentation in front of people then not a good idead. being nervous or anxious really gets yer blood flowing resulting in your body parts moving and running faster (like your bowels) or your ''digestive parts''
