Question about undocumented workers rights.?

I was just wondering what rights do undocumented workers have if their employeer decides not to pay them for work they have done...or if their employeer decides to short change their pay for no reason.

Also, i know the feds aren't cracking down on businesses that hire illegals...but what would happen if a business was caught short changing an illegal or not paying them for work they completed?

Can an illegal sue? Can an employeer legally just call immigration after the job is done if they don't want to pay?

Hypothetically, if I were an illegal immigrant worker and an employer short changed me that employer would be in big trouble...........

Now you know the 'attraction' of illegal immigrants for many employers.

Illegals have no rights--except the right to leave the country! No employer should have the right to create substandard work conditions, pay, and treatment, but this is what employers are doing. The illegals end up being victims as well as the communities where they live and the people who are customers and displaced workers for the companies concerned. Some employers also use illegals as leverage to force legal workers to accept poor conditions and pay.

The best solution is to begin targeting employers. They should have to forfeit all the money taken in by their businesses for any period with 2% or more of illegal immigrant labor--whether they hire directly or through subcontractor companies set up for that purpose.

I think that would be the only effective penalty.
