Well let's see, thorought my entire life, i've had an uncontrollable nervousness and akwardness around big crowds, or before going to a big event, hell even small events like practice for the random sports i play. I'll try to describe it. I feel sick to my stomach, my head starts to spin, i can't talk or breathe correctly, i shake, can't sleep, can't eat, can't focus..it goes on and on. Anyway I have EXTREME nervousness before football practice, especially. And i need help, and i have no time or way to see a doctor about it. Any ideas for controlling it?

Let's face it Iraq is an absolute mess no matter what you believe about terrorism etc. The pure and simple fact is it is going to be a lot easier to convince the various people to accept democracy in three separate regions than to force people who didn't even get along before the invasion of Iraq, never mind trying to make them all hold hands and all get along. I felt this even before we went over there.

However because of Turkey we probably were not given their premission to allow the north to sucede. Because of Iran we were afraid the south and the west would allow themselves to be unduly influenced. And the central and the east might again fall to the baathists. These are all legitimate worries, but honestly I think this is the bet we should have taken, and there is still time. Iraq is already in a civil war. I say lets not fight this one but broker a three country system that is still democratic. It is vastly better than nothing and in the long run makes sense demographically.

I don't know what it's like in the North America and elsewhere, but here in Europe nobody ever really talks about South America much. In the news there are always stories about Africa and Asia and Australia and North America, but South America is hardly ever mentioned. There might be a story about the rainforest or a really bad fire in a club or something every month or so, but nothing much else. Is South America just not important enough on a global scale to warrant much coverage? Or is it just ignorance on our part? Even in the evacuation stage of the Lebanon crisis, there were reports of citizens from all over being evacuated, but not once did hear about South Americans evacuating.

No stupid comments.

Does this article piss anyone else off as much as me. A lot of Americans died on that terrible day. For these people to say that the gov't killed thier own citizens, ha, they deserve to be thrown in jail just for saying such a heartless thing.

When are people going to realize what israel has done to the palistinians. They have taken their land, how pissed would you be if someone kicked you out of your house. But I,m not saying hezbollah or any of those other radical groups are in the "right."
