And like 50% of America believes in Intelligent Design as real SCIENCE! I'm not surprised to hear this, next we will see that 90% of America thinks there is factual evidence of Santa Claus. Way to go America.

No. That is so surprising that I question the polling validity. I beleive Iraq was working on WMD, but then I think most nations are, in at least a theoretical sense.

Unfortunately what you post is true. It is truly sad.
And many are clinging to the outdated mustard gas discovered recently as proof that WMDs were present. Even though the military and the intelligence agencies are saying that these old mustard gas containers were inspected and previously known to have existed.
I believe a poster answering your question alludes to this fact. Pathetic that many Americans do not want the truth, but would rather listen to propaganda and talk radio morons.

Most Americans are notoriously ignorant when it comes to foreign events and have no clue, not only about Iraq and the WMDs, but also about the real causes of the Arab Israeli conflict. If they watch the news they are getting the Israeli version, which is history turned upside down and dumped on its head.

We know Iraq possessed WMDs because they used some of them on the Kurds. We just don't know when Iraq hid or got rid of them.

I would guess that they did, and even if they didn't millions of people were freed from tyranny. Girls going to school. Basic freedom and human rights.. The closing of the rape rooms.. How can you not see the good we've done there ?
Or perhaps you don't want to see the good but just want to voice anti-American sentiment, and spew liberal propaganda like chili and cheese vomit after to many nachos at the soccer match..

Yeah...the stupid half that voted for Bush. Notice Bush has not been going around telling people that fact either. I saw Condi Rice STILL trying to claim there were WMD's and that Iraq was cooperating with Al Qaida (Osama bin Laden).
Bush and his whole staff need to be retired to the gray-bar hotel!

Yep - and people listen to that comedian, Rush Limbaugh, and he tells them the same thing. Don't you think if WMD had really been found, as someone mentioned here, that Bush or Rumsfeld or Someone would be officially announcing it? It amazes me that people would rather believe lies than investigate the rumors and try to find the truth.

Hey guess what?! Those same half don't realize America has WMD! Quick, call Georgie and let him know there is another country he can go after, remind him it is the one he is suppose to be working for.

Did you know that 90% of people believe everything the media tells them?
Oh and that 50% of all statistics are made up.
