you can all it all day but nothing gose through i called my local phone company like there alot of help so i got on the net and the closes i came to finding any thing was in calie and the first 6 numbers where all good but i cant find a match to all 10 numbers and its funny cause they called my house yesterday asking all kinds of s h it about my wife the lady said she was from DCS INC.. her name was jill morgan and the call back number was 209-858-3646 and now the number wont go through and the closes i came to the name DCS INC.... was a shopping web site i look all through the internet yellow and white pages and found nothing on DCS INC> that matched the number I have and the lady was not talking about shopping

Where can I search to find info on a child abuse case that occured in or around Northfolk, Va./1966-1967?

The only info that I currently have is a few names of those involved. It pertained to an under aged mother, her boyfriend(possible husband at the time)their two sons. The youngest had suffered from brain damage due to the abuse, Mother was incarcerated, father walked free, and the children were placed in the custody of the Fathers Parents care. Would appreciate any help as to where to begin this search. Thank You. :)

What is the deal with Anderson Cooper?

I swear, this whole "AC 360" thing on CNN is like a cult of personality. Who IS this guy and what are his credentials?! He comes out of nowhere and is given his own show on the network. Then he does his best William Hurt impression (remember the scene in 'Broadcast News'?) and artificially generates some crocodile tears on camera during the Katrina ordeal in New Orleans, and the next thing you know CNN is dumping Aaron Brown and giving Cooper BOTH time slots (AC 360 is 120). WHY?! He is a self-important punk (apparently part of the Vanderbilt aristocracy, no less) who inserts himself, front and center, into every story he covers. You can check him out now in Lebanon, wearing his bad "work shirts" replete with epaulets. I mean honestly...

Is it just me or is anyone else out there puzzled, annoyed and otherwise flabbergasted by this character's instant fame and celebrity? I just don't get it at all....

I just witnessed a really bad storm, how did you deal?

I live in slc, Utah, and on Tuesday we experienced a storm like I've never seen before. The weird part was it was seriously isolated. It stuck around the millcreek area, and just tore things up. I didn't even know what was happening it all went so fast. My kids told me rain was coming through my daughters window and I told them to close it. That's when this loud banging noise struck my bedroom window. I thought the windows were going to blow out. I ran over and the rain was coming down so hard, i couldn't even see our truck 5 feet away in our driveway.
It threw hail and rain through my daughters room from one end to the other. It was so loud we had to yell at eachother just to hear.
It ripped down a 40 ft. pine tree in our backyard which took down the power, phone and cable lines. It ripped down almost every fence in our yard, shingles on our roof. We're still cleaning it up. It tore up our whole neighborhood. How did the survivors of Katrina handle so much worse?
