Yes, I think they do. Because even cruel human beings like Hitler had loved ones. So I believe that terrorists also will have love ones.

The word "terrorist" is a relative term. The US and Israel have one definition, and most of the rest of the world has a different one. From the US/Israeli viewpoint, any aggression committed by Israel is deemed "self defense". Any self defense by anyone else directed against Israeli aggression is deemed "terrorism".
So before you can ask this question you need to clarify the word "terrorist". But in general terms most people do love someone, and those who truly don't have some deep-seated problem.
