I'm having my doubts that this guy John Mark Karr killed her but I still don't believe her parents did either. If what he says is true that it was an accident, why didn't he come out earlier? He might have gotten manslaughter instead of murder. Either it's worse than previously thought or he didn't do it.
The only responsibilty I see that her parents had in her death was putting her through all those beauty pagents. If this John Karr guy is the perp, he probably saw her at a beauty pagent and then stalked her before killing her.
I don't think her parents killed her. They just don't fit the bill of murderous parents. They have no motive and no means of gaining anything from her death. Plus her dad had lost a child from a previous marriage a few years prior to JonBenet dying.
What do you think about this latest revelation? Do you think John Mark Karr killed her? And why confess to it now?

I hope I don't give them tips now, but what is the point in risking so much when they could cause bigger panic with much less effort? There are a lot of almost completely unguarded places with full of people, such as malls, underground, public events, schools... etc. Perhaps it wouldn't take as many lives, but some attacks in popular places wouldn't frighten people more.

If cell phones don’t work on an airplane then how did 9/11 victims call loved ones with their cell phones?

I recently watched “Loose Change 2nd Edition”, and there was this scientist guy who tested cell phones up in the air and their success rate during year 2000 to see if he had a signal. Lets just say it failed miserably to call out or accept calls. Then in 2004 (after 9/11) Boeing installed a cell phone booster on top of their airplane so that people could use their cell phones. Why do this if apparently the cell phone calls to family members came in so clearly during the 9/11 tragedy?

I wanted to find out for my self who was telling the truth. So I turned on my cell phone, and guess what. One the plane that I was on did not crash from having it on (even though I was NOT going to make a call, but just having it ON I swear doesn’t hurt anything, just like I have NEVER turned off my CD or MP3 players ALL M Y LIFE and the plane flies just fine). So when I was on the ground I had all my bars (a good signal). However, once up in the air I has NO signal at all! I didn’t get a bar back till about half a mile up in the air. So unless someone called from their cell phone in the last 15 seconds, I don’t see how they could have had a two minuet conversation with people or an answer machine.

Now I know big fancy airplanes have phones in the seats, but apparently most of the people didn’t use these phones to call people, they used their own cell phones. Which is Impossible, even a science dude proved that (I doubt it was a miracle either).

I found “Loose Change” was telling the truth.

By the way there is voice mimicking software that is very accurate just to let people know. I saw that on the Discover Channel about 9 years ago!

I’m not saying there wasn’t terrorists, I’m just saying the cell phone thing doesn’t make sense. It’s an inconsistency, which may lead one to wonder about other things. My concern is why would someone make up the phone calls, if they can’t/couldn’t happen?

So how did victims really call their loved ones?

Tips for not believing him :

1. His ex-wife is claiming he was with her at a location far away from the crime scene at the time of the murder.

2. He has been very colaborative with authorities from the day he was contacted, instead of running away as he has done before (e.g. not coming back to the US for many years).

3. Why is this happening along in time with Patsy Ramsey's passing away ?


Theory 1 :
Easily, he could be a terminal patient, receiving a LOT of money for him or his heirs in exchange for spending the remaining of his short life in prison to help close a case and better, remove some people from under the "umbrella" of suspicion..

Theory 2 :
Karr knows he is going to rotten in jail anyway for a long time for OTHER sexual offenses he has in his closet and that he knows are arising soon anytime.... Why not admit a crime he didnt make and get money from the real killer, and have a lot bargain for with authorities regarding imprisonment conditions?

I find it awfully convenient that he was arrested on un-related sex charges in bangcock and now has confessed to this. I think that he did not want to go to prison in bangcock and this was the first thing that came to his mind, so he could come back to america, as jail here is better then anywhere else.

If he did it, great I'm glad we got the bastard. But if I were the parents he would have to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt.
