I don't think we've it all yet. It's weird that his wife says he was in AL, but he says he was in CO with Jon Benet.
I think we'll hear something about the wife being involved, ecspecially since she's not here to defend herself.

Yeah. I was shocked! Shocked that those lazy bum cops got out of the coffee shop and actually caught someone. Let's hope they didn't mess it up royally again.
The news that the Ramsey's didn't do it is old news. It has been known for about 5 years. A&E has a documentry about it. But the whole case is standard "trial by media" shock value entertainment. The media found the parents guilty and moved on. Finding that they were innocent, wasn't news. AND there was a lot of evidence that they were innocent. But hey, the media just tended to ignore that as they had a great story and they are as lazy as the cops. What the hell, it happens that way 90% of the time, so if we say it was a relative we are likely right. No need to look for clues, we can solve cases instantly and be right 9 out of 10 times.
Just remember this case the next time you see it on TV. Because things haven't changed much and this can happen to you! Or any Amercian. Your child is murdered, you are threatened with prision, it bankrupts you, and finally you die of a broken heart.

I'm surprised, but relieved that some actual closure can be found due to his confession. Statistically speaking it makes sense that the parents were suspects, because most murders are caused by individuals who are close to the victim. Nonetheless, a former teacher is someone who may of been close o Jon Benet, so technically it still supports this theory. They unfortunately assumed to closely to the parents.

Yeah I shed a tear for the mom myself that she died not having been vindicated. I checked into it and found a news story today that said that Patsy was told before she dies by the Boulder Police that they were closing in on the killer and that she should rest easy knowing that the world would finally believe she was innocent. So there was some solace for her.

I too was surprised because honestly I've always felt that Burke (JonBenet's older brother) did it.
If indeed this is the person responsible for JonBenet's death, hopely it will bring some peace to the Family.

I knew they'd find the real killer sooner or later. I never thought the parents did it. They were pushy "stage parents" for crying out loud.....she was being groomed to be a pageant winner. Even if they had been heartless (which was never proved) they certainly wouldn't off their "security" and erase all their hard work.

many people are going to to say How do we know he really did it? the authorities already answered that, they reported that he gave details of the murder, that we never released to the public and only the murder would know, also when asked if he was innocent he strait out said NO. I hope this guy rots in hell for what he did!!! it's just such a shame that her mother pass away before he was captured, but she knows.

I didn't watch the news this morning, and was surprised to see it on the yahoo headlines when I got to work. I'm glad this is finally over, especially for the parents.

I hope you are not counting on that too much. The man may have confessed just for notoriety or to get back to this country. A DA is on TV now and she is skeptical.
