Can someone tell me if New York Times Newspaper and Time magazine are the same company?

There missions are similar yet different. Both are forms of propaganda. Some people use to NYT as the paper of record. Just because the word "TIME" Is in the title the connection cannot be made they're related... If this was the case logic would lead us to believe that time square was a propagandist endeavor as well.... see it's not logical......

in don't know about the Times but Disney owns Time- Warner which is the parent company of Time mag
