Why do you think illegal immigrants that enter the U.S. from Mexico are doing it illegally and not going through the process the legal way?

...i know illegal/undocumented Mexicans are coming here for jobs, money, a better life etc...but that isn't my question...

my question is...why are they coming here illegally, rather than going thru the process 'LEGALLY' ??

have they tried the legal process but were denied?
have they tried the legal process but find its taking too long?
have they not tried it at all? and if not... why? Why would they choose dangerous Coyote smugglers, hot desert heat, and risk it all to avoid going thru a welcoming legal process?

also....who is to blame? The US? Mexican Government?

i feel that the news on tv and on cnn are just showing israel's side of the story..... i think that people need to view both sides of the stories and see for themselves what is actually right and wrong...

According to Amnesty International, more than 166 citizens have died after being tasered by the police and in most of the situations, the suspect wasnt threatening to police. Tasers are bing used on citizens for small reasons where as in the days before tasers, police officers would have to negotiate, nowadays its taser the person first then ask questions.

Is killing/murdering babies for the health of someone else morally right? Since the children are the future, why are we killing them off and why cannot anyone see the importance in that?

For the minute just imagine, that you are residing in the beautiful city of San Diego on Californian border with Mexico. One morning, you are waken up by the blast just to find out that your neigbor's house is gone and all are dead. You learn later, that the new terrorist Mexican organization decided to get revenge for USA capturing California and converting Mexican territory with capital in Monterey to the US State (following short period of beeing "Free republic"). All Mexican were forced out of their land and are living now abroad as refugees. The terrorist organization is planning to get back all the territories and establish new country with capital in LA. And to show how serious they are, they opened with waive of terrorists acts in Southern California.
How the picture? And what would be your emotional reaction? Please be informative and avoid cursing.
