fighting over the holy land would usher in the apocalypse? These prophecies were written thousands of years ago, and they are proof of the inspiration of the Bible by the Holy Spirit of God.

DJ - If these are the "end times", then yes. Let me tell you why I think it may very well be. There is a prophecy that says that if God does not intervene in the fighting in the end times, that mankind will destroy itself. This has only been posible in recent times because of wmd's.

Patrick - I never said that. But it is true that fighting over the holy land may cause world war three, if it hasn't already.

Emma - How can we do that when there are two groups of people fighting for that land, who would rather die than give up that land?

I'm telling you, there are biblical reasons behind all this. We need the Bible to really understand what is happening

Patrick - Also, I do not mean this specific war happening now, I mean the conflict in general. And how that it is causing a coming war between the west and the mid-east. I should have specified that I suppose.

They have beenfighting over the Holy Land since before the Crusades. You can say the end is coming or the end is near any time and be correct.

If GOD can hold the unverse in the palm of his hand and understand how long eternity really is --Then coming and near are really close.... From GOD's standpoint any way. From your and my standpoint if could be a million years from now or the next second. If you get this post it hasn't happened yet.

HIS coming will be like a thief in the night. So be ready. That is written also in the Bible.

With that kind of press, is Israel ever out of the world's attention for very long? Just way too many people interested in it and wanting different things from it, including Armageddon and the Rapture. Maybe we should all just let Israel get on with being a normal country.

Come on, This IS NOT THE APOCALYSPLE. The Irseral- Hezbollah conflict is just another wave of violence in the Mid-east. It will be over by late August, and life will go on (and wars)

The predictions came to us through the Prophets and the Apostles. These signs were given by both God and Jesus Christ.

Do you think this is a sign of the end? I feel that it very well could be. Kinda scary, huh? But, as a believer I look forward to heaven. Thanks for pointing that out again to everyone...
