Dude! Come on! Are you serious. People pay good money to see that kind of stuff on a movie, but if your talking about a real life execution video then I think you have no morals. Gods watching you ole boy. Remember that!

Why would you have something like that on your cell? I don't think there is any reason for you to go to jail, but I don't agree with what you are doing. If you told her (or anyone) what the video was of and then they chose to watch it, then they are at fault for making that choice.
