According to Amnesty International, more than 166 citizens have died after being tasered by the police and in most of the situations, the suspect wasnt threatening to police. Tasers are bing used on citizens for small reasons where as in the days before tasers, police officers would have to negotiate, nowadays its taser the person first then ask questions.

Police officers bundle much more rights under Bush's admin than before. All after 9/11 attack in 2001. Police now have the right to stop you in your car anytime if he/she thinks you're a criminal. (anyone can be suspected but its not advertised so you don't know about it) The good old Bush admin brought the US much more harm than good, limiting citizens rights severly.
If you are a police, with so many rights, wouldn't you become more aggressive? Wouldn't you want to test your rights to its limits?

Because there have been to many police officers killed by people they had stopped for questioning. They have no desire for their wives to become widows.
How many of those 166 got beligerant and didn't cooperate with the officer that stopped them? That was 166 out of how many that got tasered? That was 166 out of how many people that were stopped for questioning?
You go ride with the police in a major city any night. You see what they have to do. And who they have to put up with. You take the insults they do. It's your dumb butt that they protect every nigh and day.
You think tasers are bad here go to some other countries and see what happens if you get smart with the police? You could be very well shot not just tasered. And they don't shoot to wound. They go for center mass.
Amnesty International didn't do jack for hundreds of thousands in Iraq, Sudan and other places. What makes you think I give a rip about when they complain about tasers?
If those 166 are all Amnesty Internation has to complain about this world is in great shape. 166 out of what- 6,000,000,000?Almost Utopia. Now shut up and sit down.

Getting hit by a taser has killed a small number of people. My question is: Would you rather the police use their only alternative (guns)?

would you rather be shot with a tazer of a .45 if i had a choice i would choose the tazer i would survive it better then in the old day of shoot first and ask later right ? 166 people killed in how many years and out of how many totle people shot with a tazer ?

And as to amnesty international I trust them about as far as I can throw them. Which is not even an inch.

hmm true, but is just a few evil ones who do that, n they are worst than the so called criminals, they used whtever power they have to abuse
