The media in the west never shows the Palestinian or Lebanese side of the story, try to visit the middle east , you will see that people in the west know nothing of our suffering and what is really going on, as I write this moment , Israel is in Nablus, Palestine already killed five till this moment, and also bombing Lebanon left right and center, they even bombed a truck that carried food and supplies to the Lebanese, they are starving the people by hitting all the roads that lead out of Lebanon, they are torturing the whole country, I wish people can once try to understand our side of the story and what Israel did and still doing till now.

I have seen news reports from Lebanon, but they do focus primarily on Israel (in American news).

One of the problems of reporting on the Lebonese side of things is that the government, while not wanting Israel in its lands, is against Hezbollah, which is doing all of the fighting. Really not much can be said about that, and, as far as I have seen, Hezbollah isn't doing press conferences or sending out press releases.

The other problem is that our government is fully supporting the, imo illegal, actions of Israel. With the way the media is right now, if Lebanon were given more coverage than it is right now, most other media outlets (particularly the right wing news stations, i.e. Faux News and Exeedingly Ignorant Broadcasting) would have a field day raking them over the coals as sympathetic to terrorists.

I agree the media is biased toward Israel. However the fact is that this was all started by millitant guerillas in Lebanon, which have deep roots in the goverment, are funded by Iran and Syria, and as far as I know, it doesn't seem like the Lebanese goverment is trying to stop them.

I feel sorry for both countries because people with no political interests are the ones that are suffering.

we in the middle east know how much facts are turned upside down by the CNN, yes you are hearing the side of the story that the american government wants you people to hear. why would it bother you to read or hear the other side? give other resources a chance, you may be wrong!
it provokes us in the middle east whenever we watch the CNN and the way they broadcast the news, a totally different unreal story, not at all what is going on!

I think you are wrong and that the media has shown both sides of the story, including CNN. However; how can you feel sorry for the Lebanese when they allow thugs into their country and start a war with Israel, thinking that they wouldn't retaliate. It's absurd, to believe that any country shouldn't defend itself.

I watched Fox news interview Lebanon's Prime Minister and their Ambassador and they both had plenty of opprotunity to tell their story but chose not to. The kept being defiensive and changed the subject. For me that's all I need to know. I don't know about anyone else but to me once the officals start trying to avoid questions and shift blame i sop listening to "their side"

Why then didn't you give a balanced view of the news and show a selection of Israeli stories to show both points of view.

i see you got your info from aljazeera the terrorist network. iran and syria want to drive isreal into the sea.lebanon is a puppet goverment that does what ever iran and and syria say. the lebanon army isso weak that they cant even kick hizzbollah out. hizzbollah shoots missles into isreal and kidnaps isreali soldiers. what do you expect isreal to do? just lie down andtake it?? it is about time isreal did something about it. and while they are at it they should take out iran and syria too.

humorous, yet you've stopped at "lengthy?" i don't like it at the same time as human beings experience the prefer to placed extra after the comic tale, a minimum of stuff that would not upload to the comic tale, it make me experience like i'm considered stupid for no longer getting it
