We'll never know. By definition a conspiracy is a clandestine thing.
Now if you were really asking what the latest conspiracy THEORY is. I'd say it's what ever the Democrats can dream up to blame GWB for the current situation in the Middle East.
*LOL* My guess would be --GWB convinced Hizbullah to kidnap the soldiers so the US could back (by abstention) Israel's retaliation. That would steal Jewish votes from the Democrats and strengthen their anti terrorist stance with the hawk people while not further alienating any Arab votes..
Yeah I know that's weak, but what do you expect from 30 seconds of thought.?

The latest favorites are the 9/11 and Pentagon canspiracies. Then there was that guy who tried to storm the Bohemian Grove with guns after he saw that Alex Jones video. And there have also been spottings of flying horses, there are even pictures just like the flying humanoid ones. Nothing too interesting.
