I have a semi-detached three bedroom house in North London. And I wanted to do three things to it:
1) Turn the garage into a living room, or something similar
2) Build a room above the garage
3) Build a window for the loft and clean it and everything

I know it is hard to give an accurate number of how much it would cost, but I would be really grateful for if someone can tell me how much approximately it would cost me.

Thanks guys

I've had it for about 8 years and it only bloomed once about 3 years ago. 3 blossoms. I was so excited . They were a beautiful light butterscotch color. It didn't bloom last year and then this year, it got 2 buds on it and they fell to the floor. I found the second one this morning on the rug. The plant itself looks kind of healthy tho. What am I doing wrong? I don't fertilize. Is there a better fertilizer to use for them? Thanks.... Abby

How should I best visualize square footage? I realize this is an important skill, especially when you're trying to buy a house, etc..I'm trying to buy a scooba, it says it cleans up 175 square feet on a full charge, but I don't know how big my kitchens' square footage is, help?

This is so the tile fits 'seamlessly' round a fitting, such as a plug socket.
