I'm open to any type really, I just want an efficient hoover that I can use to hoover floors and also suck cobwebs from corners with a flexy tube.

I'm considering the water filter vacuum since they don't need bags and I hate the mess of bags + they're costly.

If you could write down:
make of vacuum,
age,
whether you have pets/difficult dirt,
and the pros/cons + whether you'd buy it again.

that'll help me make a descision!
Thank you!!

I live in a small split-level. We have an A/C system, but the basement and lower floor are always a lot colder than the main level and the top level where the bedrooms are. The thermostat is next to the bathroom on the top floor, where it's the warmest. How can I get the bedroom level cool and keep the lower floors from being freezing cold? Preferably without spending a lot of money??

I've recently moved to Texas and it is so hot and dry here, I've killed just about everything I tried to grow outside. I have never had an herb garden before but was wondering if they are okay to grow inside where they wouldn't have a lot of access to sunlight and which ones might be a little heartier and easier to take care of since I have such a black thumb. Thanks!!

I was thinking about redoing my bar top and I wanted to do something along the lines of adding river rock pebbles and then running a clear tube through the rocks and have water filter through the tube. To cover everyhing thing I was going to use epoxy over the top...

Do you think something like this would be possible.

Hello…we are looking for some ideas/suggestions from “the experts”. We are looking to update our kitchen countertops using a material that is fairly inexpensive (under $500), yet durable and nice looking. We have approximately 27 sq ft of countertop surface and 3 sq ft of backsplash area. Thanks!

We like the neighborhood that we are in. Been here for 13yrs.
Hubby wants a huge garage attached to the house. We currently do not have one.
We have gotten estimates on it and it is going to cost in the neighborhood of $40K.
My inlaws tell us all the time, why don't you just move?
Well, 1st off, we are very comfortable with our mortgage payments and yes borrowing $40k will increase our payments.
My dad lives two houses away and I care for him on his dinner needs. He comes over every night.
Our son will be leaving home in a few years for college and I had plans to knock down a wall to enlarge living space.
We like all of our neighbors. I love my home.
I hate the thought of making move with all the crap in the attic!
A new home will probably increase our payments doubled.
What would you do?
Oh, inlaws wants us to move closer to them! NOT

It looks like an elderberry only the berries are ripe in June/July and the birds love them. And the berries are bright red, not blue/black like the elderberries. Both trees grow side by side. Are the berries edible? and I would like to see a picture for identification. Thanks, Kat
