i have a couch and its so sinked in. that when you sit you go all the way down and it seems like theres no cushion.
is there something i can put under the cushins so that when i sit i wont go all the way down but fell like a bran new couch that doesnt sink in

A flat piece of wood the size of your couch will work. Like plywood or similar. Then set the cushions on that and it'll do the trick. ;)

When that happen to me I used blankets about 3. fold the length of the couch pushing the blankets in the back and sides of the couch to even out. Put cushions back on. If 3 isn't enough use as many as it takes. This method worked for me.

Sounds like you need to replace the foam inside the cushions. We did this and it was like a new sofa. We took the 3 cushions to a reupholstery place and it ran about $100, --6 years ago.
After that I saw that you can order replacement foam cushions from JC Penney (& probably other similar places) for less than what we paid. If your cushions have zippers on them, measure carefully and place your order.
