you're working to much or too hard?

Well- well-well...........Did you ever feel like you could not take another step.? like after mowing the lawn.? too much work without a rest.........This would go with working too hard..............I have yet to see a person work themselves to death..............literally...........Hang in there take breaks drink water and think happy thoughts..............be glad you are able to work....

when u gettin agitated or get easily distracted is how u know u been working to hard

Look for a "different you". Irritable, tired and wandering mind are all signs.
