I'm a used car salesperson and we have a website that customer send credit applications and questions. All of our advertisement is for the 2 hispanics salespeople, and now the owner is given them all the online applications...After 10 years at this place I feel pushed out, because I see customers who I would use to be able to deal with and make money going to my co-workers.....I questioned the owner why he has directed all customers to my co-workers and he ignored me...Can I sue him , I feel ignored and without his advertisement I get nothing...This is also a way to make a person quit therefore no unemployment paid by company!!!!!

I've looked at so many chandeliers that I'm cross-eyed, lol, and I can't make up my mind. I'm looking for a transitional style to "casual down" the dining room. Thank you for your opinion.

Here's the chandelier (click for larger view or view in room) if you wish.

Just bought a new set from Room and Board (couch and chaise) Couch feels much firmer than when I tried in showroom. Chaise feels just fine. The couch though has a sleeper contrary to the one in the showroom. Should I be calling the store?
Thanks.

My grandmother in central Louisiana has a crawlspace home that needs to be raised occasionally. ($$$$$$$). It is an old brick home and I wonder if her foundation was done correctly.

Some other people in her area have slab homes which don't look as nice to me, but I've never heard of them needing to have their slab raised.

Is it possible to have a crawlspace home that doesn't need to be raised periodically?

Hi,
I had a question about using cow manure as fertilizer. I have seen some slightly conflicting rules as to the use of manure. Specifically, does the manure need to be composted for the typical 2-3 months before being used?

Some sources have referred to using "fresh" manure. I thought there was a requirement for farms to have livestock separated from any food crop because of the worry about getting food contamination from the animals. Can you clarify?

Thanks

My electric shower has a cord switch that you need to pull by the bathroom door that needs to be pulled/switched on before I can get hot water from the shower. I have just gone away for a week and think I may have left it on! Can anyone tell me if this is dangerous and I need to go home and check?!
PS. the water for the rest of the house is heated separately.

I have a large rock behind my house that I want to move into my landscaping. I have to get this rock through my 4 foot wide gate that is in my 6 foot tall iron fence and move this rock about 30 feet total. I estimate this rock to be about 400 pounds. I cannot get any large earth moving equipment back there since it would destroy other peoples property. Does anyone have any suggestion how to move this rock?

I have just started growing some mint outside in a large pot on a balcony which gets sunlight from 3pm to sunset british time.
Will this be bad for the plant or will it be ok if kept watered.
Also is it possible to bring the plant indoors for the winter and still be able to use the leaves.

Someone gave me a 5000 gallon pool but it had some things missing. There is no type of strainer over where the water is pulled into the pump and it pulls leaves in and then the pump shuts down. I bought an aquabug to clean the bottom of the pool and it did not come with any type of strainer either. It just plugs straight in to the side of the pool and goes straight to the pump as well. HELP!!

We just dug our fish pond beside this huge rock that would make a great water fall type thing. The rock is on one side of the pond. I have never had a fish pond before. How do i put the liner on the rock? There is no way i can put it under and if i put it over, the rock would be pointless. We have to use the rock. Its beautiful and to big to move. Any suggestions? Is there any way we can glue the liner or get it to stick to the rock somehow?

We have had problems with our refrigerator for a while.

The freezer didn't seem to be working properly. The ice cream turned "soupy". The meat in the refrigerator seemed to go bad.

The repair man is here now.

He said the computer chip for the defrosting system was broken.

He showed the accumulation of ice on the back of the freezer. He is using a hair dryer to melt it.

He showed me the computer chip. Said after 6 years anything is liable to happen, just like if a laptop had a problem.

He took out the computer chip and showed it to me. Said he's sending it in to the manufacturer.

The manufacturer sent his company to my house. It costs $65 for him to walk through the door. Plus, whatever repairs.

What questions should I ask? Is he telling the truth?

Do I need drainage, or should I leave the compost in the ground apose to a bucket, how long does it take? should I mix it with the dirt?, do i need to water it? when do i know when the compost is ready (color, texture)? Thanks, sorry about the extensive questions? (I'm a first time gardener)
