I have seen this question come up several times. Half say A.M., half say P.M. but no body ever tells me how or why they come to that conclusion? Please tell me whice you fell is the best time AND WHY YOU feel your time is the best time? Please give me a GOOD HORTICULTURAL reason for your choice. Morning? Evening? and why?

There was a company at http://www.softair-furniture.com/eng/items.php which sold inflatable sofas. Unlike this cheap beach-stuff, there was a cover made of cloth, so that you can use the sofa e.g. in your living room. As I will be moving quite a lot in the next time such a sofa would be really handy. Unfortunately I can't find them anywhere. Neither eBay nor any other websites. It seems that they were sold for about 10-20€ in 2002 in some European countries

Does anyone have a hint where I can buy such a kind of sofa? I would prefer a shop in Austria or Europe - but every other locations is ok too (as long as they send you the stuff by post).

On a couple ceilings the textured finish is breaking away. On others it is intact. I want to get rid of all textured surface. I also have slightly rough sufaces I can live with but if I rework an area how do I get the new surface to match the slightly rough surface? It looks like it almost has grains of sand in it.

I recently put in new Zoysia grass which is doing very well. My old lawnmower (a troy built) is useless and breaking down. This is my second troy built product (the other is a roto-tiller and broke down too) and I am very unhappy with the brand. I am looking at other mowers and want a good one. I do not need a bunch of bells and whisltes like Honda seems to have on their models. I just want self-propelled, rear bagging, adjustable height mower that is good on zoysia and will last with regular maintenance. What brands do you all like, what problems have you had with them - would you buy the same brand again? Thanks.

I would like to install a new bathtub and matching one-piece wall system right over my old bathtub and wall. Before having BathFitter come the house, I would like to get an idea of how much it would be.
Thanks!

I have the large black ants everywhere in my house. I can be sitting on the couch or just walking through the house and see them crawl across the floor. I was exercising in the floor and one bit me on the arm. How do you get rid of them or stop them from coming into the house?

There are all kinds of glues out there : epoxy, polyurethane etc. I have a marble statue (pi xiu - chinese mystical dragon/animal) with a broken leg. The marble is heavy, looks soft and flaky at the broken surface and I think will chip easily.

What glue is best for fixing it back (best)?

My tenant leaves every morning around six and slams the door leaving for work. I''ve asked that he keep hold of it till it closes and he just forgets.

I have taken back a rented flat, which has been left in quite a state.
several jobs need doing, and not sure where to start!

kitchen generally very dirty, also several floor tiles broken/missing. wallpaper torn off.

hallway wallpaper stripped, ghastly paint job. also several tiles broken (after damaged carpet taken up).

main living room just a mess, carpet has food etc trodden in.

bathroom- bath needs resurfacing, and tile surround regrouting.
