Two of my Boxwoods seem to be distressed. New buds are cupped. Many of the leaves have black and yellow circles on them and are dying back. When looking under the affected leaves, there are small white casings. At first I thought it was blight and then when I saw the casings I thought it was mites. So I held a piece of paper under one bush and tapped it several times to see if I could see some mites. There were none, but instead 3 adult Boxwood Psyllids landed on the paper. I am assuming this is what is distressing the plants. Has anyone ever had any success getting rid of these pests? Do you think that is what is causing some of the leaves to turn black and die?

Man o man I just love eating my fries with catshup. The new bottle leaves all the catshup right from where it needs to pour. Can other things be made upside down for easy pouring. Pints of oils for cars? Shampoe?? It seems a very powerful but easy use of gravity?

I'm hoping someone can steer me in the right direction. I'm doing some painting and trim work around the house and am thinking about getting a laser to help. I don't know much about them, so I don't know if what I'm looking for exsists. I want something to project a horizontal beam on all four walls to help in putting up chair rail, and crown moulding. I would also like it to project a vertical beam to help with setting up tape for painting stripes on the walls. Is this tool out there, and what should I expect to pay for it?

Thanks.

I was thinking about using a weed killer but- thinking about it and looking at my lawn- i think id be left with a grand total of three grass blades! Should i sow some of the quick grow grass soloution that you can but at garden centres and then try the weed killer? or should i just turf up the lawn and roll down some ready grass stuff? Ideally something long term as i live slap bang in the middle of the new forest and its taking over the house!!Thanks so much- any comments would be appreciated! :-D

The hot weather has meant they need alot of maintenance and i was told they would need some extra nutrients on top of extra water? any ideas? something i can buy easily as the nearest plant centre is milllllllles away :-( someone said sugar or something similar for extra glucose but that seemed a bit strange to me as sugars need to be broken down.

How can I get smoke and pet odor out of my new apartment? I've steam cleaned all of the carpets, used carpet deodorizer and scrubbed down all of the walls, but you can still smell the odor that was there. I want to get rid of the odor, not just mask it with candles and air fresheners. Please share any tips and tricks you might have!

How come "emergencies" such as a car breaking down or a furnace going out only take place on the weekends when calling a mechanic or a repairman costs twice as much? This is not, atleast for me, an occasional thing. It ALWAYS happens this way.
