If the ink has dried and embedded in the paper you can't. You would need to replace the paper as the cleaning products required would further damage the paper.

If the pen is dry then cover it with an extra wallpaper that looks like the original wallpaper. If it is just written on then wipe it with alcochol, I think.

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, but you better make sure that it can be used on wallpaper. It gets off crayon and makers on walls.

god bless children and their artistic talents i have had loads of frescos scribbled on my walls over the years and have never been able to remove the artwork but the cheapest way os to paint over it sorry
