I'm planning to have my very first gyno check up soon, and TMC is the closest to my place. The gyno has to be female, and can make you feel really comfortable, and has to a really good doctor.

i've never had a period for more than 7 days in my life and its making me wonder whether i have ovarian cancer... i feel more fatigued than usual, a little nauseas, cramps throughout the 12th day still... i'm 22 years old, no prescribed medication, severly depressed, increased drinking an average of 5 shots of liquor probably 4 days out of the week, i smoke pot everyday, i don't casually f*ck, last time was 3 months ago i think... i don't know if you needed to know that last part but, anyways, my periods usually occur every other month, 3-5 days at a time, but sometimes it is consecutive, just unpredictable... but having a period for 12 days and still going, there has got to be something wrong with that... and yeah, i know, i should probably see a gyno or a therapist but i don't have health insurance at the moment.... just curious whether i'm gonna die soon.

ok my last cycle was in 1999 I had it for a few years it was regular then it stoped and has not come back I have been to ALOT of different doctors done test everything. none of them can find any reason why they stopped and why I don't get them anymore. Does anyone else have the same trouble and maybe know why or at lest have an idea why I'm 23 years old so it cant be menapause and no surgeries so I don't khnow what it could be. and have not had any kids and not on birth controle and yes married with three step kids so huband is good to go he would have had five but they lost two so help me if you can thank you

I have had a smell coming from me about half way through the day and I was wondering if I douche if that will help. I shower everyday sometimes twice an wash every time after sex,really well. So I'm not a dirty person. I don't think he has noticed it yet. But it makes me feel dirty. Can anyone offer any advice? Thank you

recently (about the last 2weeks) ive been passing alot of water throughtout the day, i havent been drinking any more (or less) but jus seem to need the toilet alot more often (also during the night) can anyone tel me what they think could be causing this? Also im not pregnant.

My doctor gave me free sample packages of my first birth control pill a while ago, and they just ran out this month. I went back and got a prescription yesterday, and paid to have it filled for the first time. But I've never had a regular prescription before, and honestly, I don't know how it works; what evidence to I have to submit when I go back for refills next month? The package? The pharmacy took my doctor's prescription note; was I supposed to ask for that back? Will I have to go back to my doctor?

My period was due two days ago. I took a pregnancy test that night and it was negative. Okay, no problem. Had agonizing cramps all day yesterday and I thought, alright, my period is just late. But it didn't come! And here it is the next day, and it still hasn't come. I just took another pregnancy test and again, it was negative. I've never missed a period in my life, but it was so strange to have such terrible cramps all day yesterday and still not be getting my period. Has anyone had these symptoms before and found out they were pregnant even after two neg preg tests? Could I just be really late - but if so, why the cramps yesterday? It's all very strange...

I have a buldging tummy, and terrible thighs, but everyone keeps saying I look dead skinny. I don't know what to do, beacuse I just don't think I look skinny. My stomach sticks out when I sit down, and my theighs just jiggle.
In all honestly I've tried to stay under 1000 calories a day. I lost a lot of weight recently, I've gone from 137 ish to 115.
Which is good, but do you think there is potential to loose more?

Ever since I was 12, I've had them very heavy and last for almost a week. The first two days are like hell. My cramps are so painful I can't function whatsover. I feel weak and my stomach is usually out of whack. Either I throw up or can't eat at all. Tylenol doesn't help. Midol helps only a little. The only thing I can do is curl up in my bed and cry. I want to know what I can do to help these symptoms. I'm tired of going through this every month.

and i had to get stitches and all, and i was wondering, i know that after you give birth your supposed to have a period thats sorta heavy or maybe light but mine seems to have sorta gone away. its like i'm spotting. is this normal? and i was wondering after getting stitches and having birth is it normal to have a foul smell of blood come out of you? i take a bath everyday, and clean myself well. i dont know whats going on and would like to know whats happening and if its normal.

My girlfriend, all of a sudden, started feeling really sick. She felt like she was going to throw up and couldn't even sit up. She went to go lay down and she said she's feeling somach pain from her chest to below her belly button. She also said she feels really hot and her head hurts. She usually has her period on the 5th of each month but it's been out of wack, she had it twice last month. She just said it came all of a sudden. I think it's cramps and she'll have her period or something but maybe it's the flu. What do you think?

I have been on numerous brands of pills(for both preventing pregnancy and regulating)since I began taking birth control 4 years ago,all having too high of doses making me depressed and very irregular with severe cramping/bleeding,not to mention my forgetfulness in taking them on time.I used the NuvaRing which was ok for a while but it tends to fall out too often(it was inserted properly, just doesn't like to stay in, neither do tampons).I have been looking into getting an IUD, but not sure if I should get the hormonal or copper one.I have heard good and bad about both,and not sure which would be better suited for me.I am leaning toward the copper since there are no hormones,but would like some experienced stories/opinions on both.I have a 5 year old son and we plan on having more when my fiance is out of the Marines.He might get out soon on med. discharge or next Sept.,not sure yet.With that in mind, don't know if I want a "semi-permanent" bc or not. Details...
