It sounds as though you would benefit more from exercise than dieting, as your weight is great for your height. Why not join a health club or something like Curves? You just need to tone up a bit by exercising, especially the trouble spots. I would not recommend losing more weight, and you need more than 1000 calories for proper nutrition. Don't jeopardize your health by excessive dieting. I wish I were your height and weight and had bigger thighs and rear. I never seem to get pants that fit right. They all sag on me, even size 4. Good luck!

You should add more calories to your diet because right now you are going to continue to lose weight. 1000 calories was okay for your weight loss but now you want to MAINTAIN that weight, not lose more. Add 200 calories a week and stick at about 1500. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so you should not worry so much about the number on the scale. Its important to feel healthy. Eat enough calories so that you have energy and exercise! Build muscle....you'll notice that having a toned body will give you a more positive image of your body. Dont focus on "being skinny" focus on being healthy and strong and looking good. At the end of the day, listen to your body. You do not want to weigh less than 115 because losing too much weight will have a negative impact on your body (like you will stop getting your period).
Dont worry so much about your weight.. enjoy life!! Realize that if everyone on TV and in magazines were chubby.... you'd probably be shoving hamburgers and milkshakes down your throat instead of dieting. Don't let the media effect you so much.

Well 1000 calories of what?
If your not eating a balanced diet, then you lose muscle, not fat.
I know a girl who dieted and lost 15 pounds, but she ended up looking more flabby than fit! its because of all the lost muscle. Also, those 1000 calories: not only are they not enough, but what are they of? If you eat one candy bar a day and nothing else, then you are in trouble. Even if you do only eat 1000 calories per day, they need to be fruit, veggies, and protein. those are the main things. And honestly I am 5 inches shorter than you and weigh 20 pounds more. So unless your name is Kate Moss and it is your job to look skinny and perfect 24/7, I just wouldnt worry about it.
And I think you should talk to a docter. You might have an eating disorder.

You seem to have dysmorphia, a symptom of anorexia. Basically, this is where your very eyes lie to you about how your body looks.
Everybody's stomach sticks out when they sit down, you have internal organs that need someplace to go.
Muscle jiggles when it is at rest, so this is completely normal.
In all likelihood, you are a bit too thin. 1000 calories a day are not enough to give your body the nutrients it needs to run your body for very long.
With the dysmorphia, you need to change your thinking. Pick a couple of people who love you and whom you trust. If they tell you that you look too skinny, believe them. Do not believe lies about yourself, even and especially if it is yourself that is telling them to you.
At 5'7, it would probably be good if you gained at least another 5 lbs.
Oh yeah, nutritional support. Body dysmorphia is kind of like depression - it can be helped with nutritional support. Take a B complex (important for overall brain/mood function) a couple of times a day. You can not OD on vitamin B, because you will simply pee out the excess. It will turn your urine a really amazing shade of yellow, so its also entertaining!
Eat good, healthy food. Do not eat processed foods. Do some volunteer work to take your focus off yourself and your body, and get some exercise, which will help your brain function. Spend at least 45 minutes a day doing something you enjoy. Spend your time with positive, supportive people.
You DO NOT want to continue down this dangerous path. It will give you health problems that will never go away. It is bad for your mental health to believe lies, even the ones we tell ourselves.

YOU ARE NOT FAT! You need to stop for just a moment and consider this: your self image is way off and you are in danger of serious mental and physical illness. EVERYONES tummy sticks out when they sit. And if your muscles arent flexed they juggle. Weight is not the issue. Tone is. Start eating more about 1200-1500 calories, mostly protiens and complex carbs and doing abs and butt workouts to tone. You will actually gain weight because muscle weighs more then fat but you will look and feel better. Do you want to look "dead skinny" as in "look at that skeleton"? Its not attractive to the guys, and I think that you know you are already hot. I think loosing more, or obsessing about it will end you up dead or in the hospital. Dont believe me?
this chart http://www.healthchecksystems.com/heightweightchart.htm says you are underweight by at least 7 lbs (if you are weighing naked add 3 more) AT LEAST. let me say that again, YOU ARE UNDERWEIGHT. Please dont do this to yourself. Stop obsessing about you and just be healthy and be happy.

You probably think you are fat because you have a low self esteem. At that height and at 115,you are a little bit underweight i would say.You can go calculate your body mass and I'm pretty sure you might be either a little bit underweight or just perfect. It's not healthy losing to much weight and being really skinny.

Okay, I'll admit that I AM a guy here, and I'm a bit of a fish out of water, but you're a bit below average actually. Without a serious exercise routine, you're going to have a bit of a stomach. I'm a 6'', 135lb cross country runner and my thighs still jiggle a bit. It's natural.
It sounds like you have a bit of a poor self-image. You need to cheer up and start believing people when they tell you that you look fine.

I'm going to bet you are just fine with your weight, but you probably need to eat more calories. If you are concerned about your stomach or thighs, I would suggest toning them. (by the way, almost everyone's tummy 'sticks out' when sitting!)

You're medically underweight and sorry to say, but if everyone's saying how skinny you are, and you don't think so...it's possible that you're developing anorexia or bulemia.
People with that condition can't physically see how skinny they are and always find themselves to be fat.
You really, truly need to see a doctor

Not at all. You could probably to stand to put on another 10 lbs. or so.
It sounds like you may be suffering from body dysmorphic disorder, and your extremely low caloric intake is concerning. I would suggest you seek help, before you become very unhealthy, and do irreversible harm to your body. Talk to your doctor, and take a family member with you.
God bless!
